Individual therapy is a dedicated 50-minute space designed to support your healing, growth, and restoration. These sessions are focused entirely on you—your story, your goals, your struggles, and your hopes for change. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. It is about understanding what has happened to you, how it shaped you, and how you can move forward with greater freedom, connection, and peace.
What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one therapeutic relationship where you work collaboratively with a trained professional to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and patterns that may be causing distress or keeping you stuck. Each session offers a consistent, confidential, and supportive environment where change can unfold at a steady, meaningful pace.
Some clients seek relief from overwhelming symptoms; others come longing for deeper emotional connection, spiritual clarity, or relational repair. All are welcome here.
My Clinical Approach
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I integrate warmth and compassion with thoughtful challenge—because I believe meaningful change requires both safety and courage.
I view symptoms such as addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors not as personal failures, but as signals of deeper relational wounds that deserve attention, understanding, and care.
While my personal framework is faith-integrated, I deeply respect and honor the religious or non-religious presentation of every client. Your values, beliefs, and worldview always guide the work we do together. Faith is never imposed—only integrated in ways that feel supportive and aligned with your goals.
What a 50-Minute Session Looks Like
Each session is structured yet flexible, allowing room for depth and reflection. A typical session may include:

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
Fee: $200 per session.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
